No, it isn't. Registrations are supposed to have carried over but they haven't been needed for anything yet. Legacy game fora so far do not require a game registration.

There's no reason to believe that NWN CD registrations won't continue to be managed by Bioware at nwn.bioware.com. The only thing being closed is the forums.

That's good to know. I would have suspected so, but a confirmation is always good too.:)

I just wished there would be list of what games I have purchased as in old forum...

I feel your pain!  In fact, I still miss my old Infinity Engine game registrations from the old Black Isle forum.  ;)  In addition to having awesome games to play, we must also have bragging rights! :D

The registration icons look to be much more spatially efficient, which is good, and they should likewise do away with registering a single game on multiple platforms... that's how some came up with superlong lists of registered game. A way to show off, but not practical in the long run.

Bragging???  Just cuz someone registered a game didnt mean a thing!  Heck, i had nwn2 and motb registered and alas, they were never touched out of my dislike for THAT game.   Heck, i could have registered every game that bioware made and the only thing that should have done was had you all feel pity for me cuz of my pathetic social life :(    LOL  Alas, i only ever played NWN and possibly 7 hours of nwn2, and besides DAO, which i started to play but lost interest after about 3 weeks, i couldnt list any other bioware game!   To my mind, the "bragging" was how long you had been on the forum, and how many of the "greats" you had known and had interaction with.

Yeah, I use my signature just to signify what I left behind over on the original boards, including my join date, which I am most proud. So many people, so many years. But I do like this forum! :)

So... are the registration keys still being managed? I can't seem to find mine.

Dolfski, if you mean to ask if the CD keys that were stored as part of your account info on the legacy forums are still available, the short answer is no. When the legacy forum were hacked almost a year ago, Bioware took them offline and with them the CD Key storage functionality some people were using. (There was mention made of bringing back access to the content on the legacy forums, but that has been a low priority and there is little reason to believe it will be back anytime soon.)

You will have to have stored your CD keys elsewhere (e.g. they are in the plaintext
nwncdkey.ini
file if you have the game installed on another PC or if you made a backup of your NWN folder) or you may have to purchase the game again (which at least is only $10 at gog.com) and they will send you another set of keys.
