About a week.  You haven't missed anything yet. Aren't you glad you found it now than later?

I used khelgar as a monk and hes horrible. I liked him with his weapons better. He is a way better tank.

Qara, Neeshka & Khelgar in that order. I also liked both of the Jerro's.

I'm actually a Bishop fan Image IPB I mean I actually like his personality too, even if he is evil, besides the fact that he was written well.

Also a Neeshka fan. Playing a chaotic neutral rogue, I ended up getting tons of points with them but not so much with anyone else. Which is just fine with me since everyone else is annoying or grates my nerves. I think 3rd slot goes to Sand but he talks too much sometimes.

I admit to being something of a Bishop fangirl. I love his character, and found it quite a shame his romance was cut from the original game. Thankfully we have the great work of great addon authors to correct such a horrible mistake!

He's Chaotic Evil done well I think. Well, up until the last part of the game where he suddenly devolves into Chaotic Stupid, but alas. Honestly though, I think it's his voice. I adore the voice. Heh. I primary character found herself slipping more than once to Bishop's level. Roleplaying a PC that gets corrupted by Bishop was very fun. XD

For some reason was a good character for the soul fact you could actually hate him. HE really was evil which I think made him a good choice. I just wish he had not been the only ranger. I would have liked to see a neutral ranger. This way you could define the character later.

I didn't like Bishop's character much but I think the thing that really made me hate him is how absurd the situation is when he joins you permanently, how awful it is that we didn't get any say in whether we should bring a character like that onboard. It makes no sense whatsoever and it's a complete kick in the nads to the player.

And then, the game has the audacity to play up his betrayal like some grand event when I've spent most of my time completely ignoring him (pretty much the only choice since I couldn't kick him out).

I was a huge fan of grobnar, he's just so funny. khelgar and sand have there moments aswell, but i felt they didn't bring the goofy/quarkiness that grobnar has... so i always kept him in my party. I personally hated bishop, only used him when it was needed to finish the quest... wish there was an option to just kill him when you first meet.

I just started motb and haven't gotten any companions other then sophiya, she seems to be all business, i hope they arn't all the "Mr.Serious" type. I'm already missing grobnar's goofy aspect. :(

The MotB companions are mostly quite serious, what humor is there is a lot more subdued. There are definitely no Grobnar moments to be found among the companions.

Hm, thus far I'd have to say that both myself and my Tiefling found ourselves most endeared towards Neeshka during the original campaign. With Shandra and Khelgar placing a strong second.
The character that my Tiefling liked the least, however, would probably have to be Bishop - and the feeling was blessedly mutual. She wanted to strangle him with her tail, and he wanted to shoot her full of arrows.

Bishop and Neeshka with Ammon in the third place. I tend to play chaotic neutral rogues or rangers so I always end up with high influence with them. Plus, they don't care about laws or rules and that's always fun :)

Hmmm...in the OC game my fav companions would probably be, Khelgar, Neeshka(for their funny ass jabs at each other) and Ammon in that order, also Sand gets an honorable mention for his snarky comments. Grobnar is funny and all but I never really had a use for a bard, and Bishop was kind of a douche so I never really had him in my group.

But the one character I hate most of all, Qara, thinking she's miss queen off the ****ing universe and we should be graced to have her in the party. I'm glad when she turns on me in the end, since then I let Sand vent his frustration on her by meteor swarming her "high and mighty" ass into oblivion, if only there was a command in game that could let my character take a dump on her ashes....

Elanee, Neeshka and Khelgar. The times adventuring with them in Chapter 1 were the absolute best of the OC. :)

Very true, Zaxares. I went with Khelgar, Neeshka and Casavir as much as possible in my first play-through with a female cleric. Didn't like Casavir that much, but wanted a tank-heavy party and wanted to see how the romance thing worked out. This time (male barbarian) I've settled on Neeshka, Elanee and Qara. People badmouth Qara (she is an obnoxious distaff canine), but she sure throws a mean fireball. So, I guess, cute little Neeshka is my favorite. Actually, she's not that little, but I love the tail and "Questions, questions. Go ahead, I'm all horns.".

Oooh, tough question.
-First is easy, Bishop Image IPB
-Neeshka and Khelgar are close seconds. Maybe because we're with them the longest, but they really felt like friends to my KC.
-Then comes Sand.

...

...Then everybody else...

Qara is my favorite, I'm still laughing at the scene with Khelgar and Neeshka in the inn.

Technically I must admit that Khelgar is the best since he soloed the King of Shadows as monk, with little help from Qara, all others dead.
