I downloaded ME2 thru Steam, but I do not have the m-29 sniper rifle.
I am not sure if there is a code to Redeem or not.
ANyone have any thoughts? =)

Steam should've given you a code to redeem for the M-29 sniper rifle. I would check the keys that Steam had given you (it should've given you three). Just right-click on "Mass Effect 2" in your Library and click on "View Game CD key" and it should display your game CD key, Cerberus Network key, and a redeemable key to get the sniper rifle. If there is a 3rd key relating to that, go to "Redeem Promo Code" back here on the Social Network and type it in.
