Hi folks.

I was just wondering if there are any download services or other means to get a hold of SoZ? I was busy with other things when it was released and now I can't find it anywhere (least of all the german version which I would prefer).

Also, is there a website listing all new spells and talents in SoZ? I'm not too interested in the story but knowing if I miss out on nice ways to build a character would be interesting. If not, SoZ is probably not worth the hassle...

I can't help with where you might be able to find it, but if you're not interested in story as a main focus then SoZ might be up your alley. It's very story light and has more of a focus on exploration and fighting (via an Overland Map) and features party creation. It's a very fun campaign to play around with builds in.

Nevermind. I just found a store that's still selling it. Guess my google-skills need some improvements...

On a side note, what's the average level you can reach in SoZ? (full party, non-ECL characters)

Recently went shopping for it myself and I found that Amazon had the best price (not sure about the German version though)  To answer your other question The NWN2 Character Builder hasa complete library of all added feats, class, items, spell ect. sorted by which game they where added in.  It's a great website for just the kind of thing your talking about.

Depends on how much you do obviously but as far as I can remember most of my playthroughs have ended around 16 or 17. Been a while since I played though but I think around that area.

If you do all the side quests and spend time grinding out encounters on the overland map you can hit the early epic levels.

Getting to around 15-20 sounds good enough. No need for grinding ;)

@Shaun the Crazy One: Thanks for the character builder link. Unfortunately it seems to list the OC-feats AND the SoZ-feats when I set it to SoZ. Makes looking for new feats kinda hard.

But still, thanks to both of you. really appreciate your help. :)

you can also buy the game from Fry's online. They are a retail company who still sells the games all of them.

I used an already specced Archer for my first playthrough via the Character Builder site. Very pleased with this archer build and I know at each stage of level up what I need to invest in. I find it very useful for a first playthrough and also learning about the best stats to dish out.
