  Yes, Chainsaw swords

I figure that with all the negative posts, wild speculation, and at least one thread-that-shall-not-be-named.  There needs to be at least one thread full of just crazy awesome ideas.

For my part, I suggest Chainsaw swords.  I have no clue how they would work.  Quinari Steampunk?  Lyrium powered Dwarven Artifice?  Pure Manliness? Dosn't matter, I know it doenst fit the setting, but it would be awesome all the same.

Sword-Chucks, Bear Cavvalry, and any weapon that incorporates a beaver also counts.

If there's no dwarfapult in this game, I don't even know what I'll do.

As long as they are 10 feet long and our player is capable of swinging it like a wiffle bat.

It would be awesome if there was a way to harvest the soul of an old god directly from an archdemon, and somehow transfer it into the body of someone, thus creating a being with the power of said old god! .. Oh, wait.

Any weapon that would let me fire Oghren at my enemies would be pure win.

Well if it does sound like a crazy weapon set at least Hawke will be in shape and while we are at it can we have a giant boomerang to throw at enemies :)

Call me an idiot if I'm wrong, but wouldn't those guns be pointed right at the wearer's head?

I figure a baby mace is a weapon the Dwarven warrior caste give their newborns after they pop out.  Start'em young as I say.

The healing hammer. It immediately adds HP to an injured party member upon hitting them with it.
