Hi, My name is Patrick, I only recently created an EA account. Just so you know, I've played Mass Effect 1 extensibly, and completed Mass Effect 2. I am having a bit of a problem and would gladly recieve any advice or guidance you may offer. Please read this detailed account of the problem carefully! Thanks!

I  recently purchased Mass Effect 2 Limited Edition, but was initially unable to play it at my house. So i first started playing at a friends house. Upon trying to redeem my collector's armor and weapon, I was informed I needed to create an EA account. My friend reminded me of how slow and unresponsive his computer was so I attempted to create my account and redeem the code on my Ipod Touch 2nd Generation using WIFI and an Ap called "Cloud Browse". Upon entering the code I was told that I must save a file, and then open it in order to obtain the armor and weapon. But the Ipod Touch was unable to save such files and therefore did not work. Upon later having acess to a computer i re-attempted this action but was told that the code was already used and cannot be redeemed.

Is there any sort of work-around to this problem or am I just screwed?
Is there any support services I can take advantage of to adment this problem?

If any of you have any idea at all how I can resolve this, i will appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks!

Also I played mass effect galaxy on my itouch, how exactly do I unlock the "hidden dialog" how do I know I did what I need to?

If the code has been used I think the only way to possibly get it to work is to call or send an email to EA support.
