Ive heard both sides of the NPC chest turn in. Soem say it only levels you and some say everyone in camp levels.

Your companions stay within one level of you but if you level up in camp then you have to leave and return to be able to level up companions (pc version).Elhanan wrote...

AFAIK, they appear to Lvl Up when you do, so check each of them after you are finished.
