I went to the midnight premiere. I was having fun until Thor hit Iron Man with his hammer, his suit sputtered a little, then the theatre went dark, the movie ended, and I had to go see it the next morning. Stupid blackouts.
Anyway, despite that experience leaving a sour taste in my mouth, I loved the movie. Not my all-time favourite comic book movie, but defnitely the most fun I've had at the movies in a long time.
Let's talk Marvel and DC comics...

Glad to see this thread come back but haven't seen the film yet so don't spoil me. There's a thread talking about the film over here though.
On the actual topic of comics: I was all excited about this week's return of Earth Two being done by James Robinson...until I actually read the thing. Sadly it got the same 'New 52' treatment the original DC planet got, so it completely misses the point of bringing it back. The new Worlds Finest title (featuring Power Girl/Huntress) is also connected to it. Hate PG's new costume, but love that George Perez and Kevin Macguire are doing the art.
Over on Marvel side, I think my favorite read was the latest Daredevil. (#12) haven't been reading it in awhile but that issue was damn good. I may have to start picking it up again on a regular basis.

Exactly my take on it. The Dorothy Hammil haircut is also killing me. Its like the terrible haircut Ms. Marvel used to have. But then, I hate many of the 'New 52' designs. Nah, thats not showing your age. Remembering her as Ms. Marvel back when 'Ms.' was a hip new term is showing your age. Not to mention her original bad haircut and scarf outfit.

But you are right, they will get rid of it soon and have her go back to being Ms. Marvel, because comic book fans are dumb.
@SpiderFan1217 Yeah there is a lot of win in that pic, it helps that I have always liked the duo of her and Spider-Man.

Yep that the one I remember. I have that issue somewhere around here. Moonstone did wear that one much better. Though my favorite outfit of hers will always be her second outfit, the Dave ****rum designed one. Because every pirate loves a lass in a swashbuckler sash and hip boots.

Btw, Carol is still rockin her original outfit over on Avengers EMH voiced by none other than Jennifer Hale.
How that loosely-tied scarf stays on her on any costume still baffles me, though.

Jennifer Hale is everywhere. Its like Steve Blum. Pull up there IMDB and I bet you would find a dozen roles you know but never knew it was them.
Also Dr.Strange enchanted the scarf thats why it never flys off.

I'd rather have a new Spider-Woman book, tbh. Wasn't impressed by Ms Marvel's post-House of M solo run and she was insufferable during Civil War.
