I'm more annoyed about them killing Bucky...again. That they were going to cave on him being Captain America with the new movie coming out was inevitable. But killing him in the process was uneccessary and that it was done really lamely in the terrible Fear Itself plotline was insulting.
Between that and DC doing the same bad Image makeover that Marvel once did, I think I might be giving up comics again for a bit.
I have my doubts Bucky´s death is to stay. I don´t think the new Cap & Bucky series is a mini or only WW2 period. If it is permanent death I´ll drop Cap. Im getting tired of so many plot driven events whose conclusion usually have little to do with its plot.
Pretty annoyed by Ultimate Spiderman´s however. He was probably the only heoric main character in the ultimate verse (Ultimates aren´t what I would call heroes). I´ll probably drop the title after the funeral issues. It´s a pity, I like the character concept of Spiderman, but now this one is dead and the other was ruined with One More Day (morals can go literally to hell, not feeling guilt about the consequences of my actions is more important).

They already have a replacement for Ultimate Spidey lined up. We know nothing yet.

(EDIT: My new favorite Spider-Man Cover.)

I'll talk DC. I don't know as much as I should though.

Sadly, Power Girl is one of the characters who wont be surviving the DC revamp. Instead we're getting a more angry Supergirl. Bleh.
I new the were restarting again, but I didn't know they were removing her.

They're even undoing one of the greatest comics of all time 'The Killing Joke' by making Barbara Gordon uncrippled and Batgirl again. They should be flogged for that.

I've seen some conjecture that she'll actually still be crippled, but using cybernetics or something to let her walk.Cutlass Jack wrote...
Yep alot of my favorite titles wont be surviving the revamp. The JSA as a whole seems gone, except for Mr. Terrific (of all possible choices) who's getting his own book.

see this is what im talking about. After spiderman hangmanned gwen stacy during his fight with green goblin (unless if that retconned too), she stayed dead. and THIS is the result. You FEEL something. It sticks with you.
You know what happens when people come back from the dead regularly in a story? The comics might as well slap us in the face with a big "oh it was all a dream" storyline.
Again with spiderman, remember when he revealed his identity to the public and the kingpin ends up killing his grandmother? Wouldve been interesting. but no. dues ex machina, he makes a deal with mephisto and everything is back again. I might as well watch an episode of fairly odd parents.
Stories should have permanent, irreversable endings that change the world that its set upon. if it does not have this, then its not story.

I myself want Power Girl back, only woman superhero with an outfit like that I can take serious (as in she is cool and funny).
Also I am happy that small time heroes (like Blue Beetle and Firestorm) have more of a name in this DC relaunch.

well since everything will revert back to comic issue #1 after flashpoint...im inclined to say yes. its a reboot. of the entire universe.
