Hello, I have a problem and hope, that somebody can help me.

I just bought some addons on the bioware homepage.
But when I start the game, it doesn't automatically install them.
(I'm logged in with the same account I bought the addons and the game is registered)
When I select "Available Content" in the menu, there is nothing.

Now I've read, that you can download the content manually and install them.
But here's the next problem.
The first three addons I've bought (The Stone Prisoner, The Warden's Keep and and Return to Ostagard) have no download link.
All the other addons have a "More Info" link in the "Download" column, but these first three only have "--" instead of "More Info".

Can somebody help me please?

I had the same problem as you, the source was the missing .NET Framework.

(Yes, I'm the same guy from the Mangaforum;)

Yeah, i've already read that. Doesn't help.

But that's not even the problem.
I CAN install the content manually.
The problem I'm having is, that there is no download link for the three addons described above.


Here's a screenshot:
As you see, there's no "More Info" link (which opens a window with the download link) for those three.

i found the solution for my problem in my case the problem was that my antivirus was closing the add on pack, hope it helps

my problem was that when i started my game my firewall was up. I disabled it and never closed out of the game so the dlc never showed up. when i closed the game and started it back up but this time with my firewall disabled all the content showed up and instantly started to download

I have the same problem as the OP.



I had to reinstall DAO due to an HDD failure.



I see the DLCs (Stone Prisoner, Warden's Keep and Blood Dragon) in my registered game promotions, but there's no download link.



Please help.
