You know for all the people complaining about how Bioware doesn't support homosexuality in their games apparently didn't play Jade Empire. HEre let me show you with this video and its not modded.
This is Sky: If anyone didn't know and yes he is BI like Zevran from DA:O. Enjoy and discuss if people didn't know!
Did anyone realize JE supported Homo sexuality?

Haha, poor Sky looks so flustered when the male character romances him. XD

I knew Silk Fox was but I did not know Sky was until after I beat the game a couple years back (played as Radiant whats her face). Though in all honesty I was unable to enact any of the romances.

Yea the censorship in the kiss sucks. Even more because good old hetero kisses are not censored.

I seem to recall the "censorship" was unintentional according to Devs. My memory from the time is that they admitted that if they let the same sex partners kiss, they actually wouldn't "connect" (or would kiss into the face of one another) because of time limitations in implementing the kiss (if you notice, for example, with a female protagonist and Silk Fox, the fempro will suddenly gain about 6 inches of height - they reused the Male-Female kiss and dropped the fempro skin over the male figure). They didn't have the time to "fix" the issue and redo to scene for each pairing (although I seem to recall the dev bringing this up wishing they had taken the time to do it since they were not intending it to be "censored").

Amentep hit the proverbial nail on the head. Beat me to it.
It's very noticeable with a female and Silk Fox. Not only does the Spirit Monk look taller she is also wider. I never faulted BioWare for this as putting together cinemas is tricky and Jade Empire had some of the best cut scenes I've ever seen in an RPG. (That scene with Kindly Yushan burying Bin and Miao's bones and the first Fox Spirit encounter to cite two of my favorites.) I was happy that there were same-sex romances at all after seeing what became of Juhani in KotOR. If anything it proved to me BioWare was willing to take risks. I also recall the Soft Petal's description strongly hinting at a lesbian pairing between Empress Sun Lin and a favored dancer named Divine Rose.
I think the male SM and Sky romance could have been handled better. It was lame that I had to go out of my way to dump heterosexual love interests to continue a same-sex romance too. Those are nitpicks however. I thought Jade Empire did a decent job. Liara's romance was a step back in my opinion despite the inclusion of a full on sex scene. Fortunately Dragon Age raised the bar again with Zevran and Leliana.
