I have been runnin around for ages. It says the it has to be enterened into the "memories", and I was goin there anyway to end the other quest,  but I can tell him about it.  I tried parliement, cant get in. Went to the king, he just repeats his thx................... helllllppp pplllleessseee............

Er, go to the records building? Don't remember what it was called. It's at the end of the bath in the diamond district. Click on the record book, labeled "memories" to finish the quest.

Go to the Shaperite in the Diamond district. There's a book called 'Memories' that you click on.
