Okay, I'll be trying to beat Insanity for my 52 level Soldier.
The problem is that when I check the difficulty level on options while playing NG+, It's ''Normal''.
Is it possible to get Insanity achievement with NG+?

Did you try changing the difficulty level? And yes, it is possible.

IIRC, if you change the difficulty to insanity anytime before you complete Eden Prime you should still be able to get the achievement if you don't change it after that.

You do not need to start a new career to receive these achievements; simply set the difficulty before you finish Eden Prime (so any time before activating the beacon) and do not adjust it subsequently."
