This tool will use speech recognition to analyze an audio file and auto-generate a matching FXE lip-syncing data file for use by the NWN2 game engine.

Make sure you read the ReadMe.txt file that is included!

This is a tool that everyone who is interested in doing VO should look into using. The results, quite literally, speak for themselves. It really is an amazing piece of work. The mouth movements are so good that it really looks like that character is properly speaking. Use this tool and you, as well as those who play the modules you make using it, will be True Believers.

You'll never go back to simple lip flappers.

Wow, the last example was awesome. Great work. Has anyone used it in a module?

Sorry, I am totally ignorant about this (I am learning) and unfortunately, my internet connection is too slow now to download the 16MB of the file without even knowing what it does. Could you please tell me if this tool works only with English or also with different languages?

Thank you.

more info on this subject is in the custom content thread. But a quick answer, its intended for English however that doesn't mean you can't try it out with other languages anyway. It will still guess at what was being said, and that might be good enough.

Please explain how to combine the two files (.001 and .002). My Windows 7 doesn't recognize the formats.

Thank you. Got the generator working. Just one more question: How do I add the FXE file to a conversation node?

nvm, I see that it plays the fxe corresponding to the like-named .wav file. Great program. My test worked perfectly. Now if I can either get some voice actors or a good voice changing tool....

@johnbgardner Try Morph Vox Pro, I used a lot of voice changing programs and it was the best by far.
