I own the ps3 version of dragon age collector's, and am quite annoyed that I can't download and use the toolset to make levels and upload like anyone else. I have a perfectly good pc, and could upload levels. I don't understand the reason to limit it. Just a rant, and hope this changes.

The toolset utilises a ton of game resources, and hence you need to have DAO installed on the same PC you use the toolset with. Even if the download restriction was removed, you wouldn't be able to do anything with the toolset when its installed (if it even allows you to install it without the game).
