Exactly, if both partners know what they do, are mature enough to understand it, and neither of them are forced to it then it is not bad, with exception of the danger that their child may not be normal if one is born, this is atleast not a danger to homosexual couples and can be more at ease then them.

Not to mention, sometimes love just happens between relatives without their knowledge, this is especially true if they never met eachother before and only got to know about being relatives after they fell in love, or in a more dramatic situation: when they sign the marriage papers. Sometimes even then it may not be known despite having the same surname because there are many families with the same surname without being relatives, expecially in europe, names like "Smith" or "Baker" which came from the occupation of ancestors during the medievals are a good example of such misleading surnames.

Ok, maybe I overreacted a bit. But after I heard you talking about "abnormal" homosexuals I immediately thought you think on the line of "they´ll all burn in helll, these abominations".... Sadly, Ive read enough posters here who did indeed think like that so it´s not as far-fetched as one might think.

I only meant with the word "abnormal" non-normal, I didn't intend it to be an insult and I didn't find a better word to describe what I meant to say, I apologize if it caused confusion, but I have to say you preople reacted not that nicely neither, more like a pack of worgs =]

I guess this is again something like the word "nig ger" being an insult in english (except in weird cases where black people say it to black people)  while in my language "néger" is not an insult but the only existing word to describe "black people"

EDIT: eh, it actually got censured

I don't think there's anything wrong with the term abnormal, it's just that it's nearly always used in a loaded fashion, one can be an abnormal painter & decorater in that you may not fit the definition society places on painters & decoraters?

I'm black and in most cases black people say "nig ga" not "nig ger". But anyway we are talking about global warming now.

EDIT: Wow that was censored as well lol.

ahhh now i start hating the language barrier. see, in germany for example the word "abnormal" usually is quite negative (at least if you call a human abnormal).

Ugh I'v seen so many threads like this please just suck it up.

If the canon Hawke is straight that doesnt mean you wont get your gay romance. And I dont see the point about complaining about Zeveran his character was done great I believe and I dont think he is of any stereotype beside the "elves are all backstabbing wussies"

I still don't think it'd fair to say that homosexuality and incest is the same thing. It's like saying heterosexual couple that can't have children and incest is the same. Because as soon as it's not about making children it's abnormal?

Perhaps but the inclusion of a cloak/anorkak should keep all happy.

well, this thread reached a whole new level of scientific greatness. neurologists from all countrys are uniting to discover the so called "negative brightness". it is a well known scientific fact that making a bunch of clever people reading this thread will make them lose every mental skill they ever had. the army included itself into this amazing new project, following rumors theyre working on a whole new mass-destruction weapon, aka the "stupidity-bomb".

Pointless, the stupidity cannot be stoped, people would either go to a new topic, or wait until the next "Will there be gaymance-thread" pops up, which takes usually less than 24 hours.

awww.... bioware forums aren't a democracy silly :P
It's a strictly pagan theorcracy where Priestly (the trickster), Woo (lord of the hammer), Gloom (ender of all musics), and the other mods are our loving if occasionally maniacal gods :D

but i think we learned a few pages back that the gods have forsaken this particular thread.

What is offensive about my post ?
This thread is stupid, that is a fact or do you want to argue about that ?
Homosexual romances are an important feature for  part of the community, including myself, so a thread about them tends to be opened pretty fast if there is no open thread, another fact proven by the history of this forum.
