[TGM100]

A few months after I purchased Mass Effect 2 I noticed a strange visual glicth happening. Every time I would talk to a quarian, (doesn't matter who) their left eye would be stretched out very close to their right eye, almost touching, but only when the camera has more than two people in it. If it shows just the quarian up close then their face is fine. 
The glitch is still there even when I start a new game.
This is quite an annoying glitch and I would be very thankful to anyone who can help or even solve this problem.
