They might have extremely pale skin, the kind that you can see all the blood vessels and veins underneath considering they will almost never have direct exposure to the sun.
We could guess that they could be bald due to the time spent in those suits which, otherwise, if they still had hair, it would be incredibly damaged and thinned.
Similarly, because of their sensitivity to virtually all pathogens, and spending a lot of time without access to sterile clean room environments could wreck havoc on their skin. Either the skin becomes constantly irritated from exposure, or from large build up of grime and shedding of dead skin all right inside those exo-suits.
And then you would have to consider their culture; a unitarian society that isn't big on items of luxury. And given that most if not all are only ever seen in their suits, its highly unlikely that quarian culture would put any emphasis on physical appearance of the physical body as they are already expressed through the suits. That gives probable credence that not only quarians do not value physical attractiveness highly nor, would they value the need to put upkeep into maintaining physical appearance as much as other species.
So... don't put too much effort into fantasizing tali's face.
