Certainly we could make a probably guess to quarian's physical likeness based on what well know right?

They might have extremely pale skin, the kind that you can see all the blood vessels and veins underneath considering they will almost never have direct exposure to the sun.

We could guess that they could be bald due to the time spent in those suits which, otherwise, if they still had hair, it would be incredibly damaged and thinned.

Similarly, because of their sensitivity to virtually all pathogens, and spending a lot of time without access to sterile clean room environments could wreck havoc on their skin. Either the skin becomes constantly irritated from exposure, or from large build up of grime and shedding of dead skin all right inside those exo-suits.

And then you would have to consider their culture; a unitarian society that isn't big on items of luxury. And given that most if not all are only ever seen in their suits, its highly unlikely that quarian culture would put any emphasis on physical appearance of the physical body as they are already expressed through the suits. That gives probable credence that not only quarians do not value physical attractiveness highly nor, would they value the need to put upkeep into maintaining physical appearance as much as other species.

So... don't put too much effort into fantasizing tali's face. :)

What other features? I mean, yea, technically they're hermaphrodites, but I haven't noticed any visibly non-female features on them :?

sorry, incomplete thought, breasts = female (and more importantly mamalian) yet their other features don't seem to mesh.... assuming of course that breasts on an asari or a quarian are actually what they seem to be... for all we know they could be reproductive organs and the similarity is just coincidental.

(And of course all these mad ramblings only hold if race design wasn't a case of "draw something cool first and try to justify it later"...)

yeah, that's kinda what I was thinking too... make the character races both exotic and erotic... "cause that's just cool"... =/

for all we know, the shape of a suit might not be the actual shape of their body... Its like wearing bra padding.

Now that's an enticing thought... not

Well, tbh it would be a very strange place and shape for reproductive organs (especially female ones), but, frankly, evolution can be quite random...

To be honest, from the realism standpoint breasts don't bother me as much as the 99% human faces. That's not to say I don't care how it looks as long as it has b00bies, but they're relatively simple organs. There's much higher probability of aliens having breasts than human faces imo. Of course giving them to every species is still ridiculous... but having species with no obvious sexual dimorphism could confuse the crap out of many players, be viewed as endorsement of same-sex relationships, and hell knows what else.

Wearing bra padding still kinda implies they have breasts, just not as big as they'd like to have. It would be quite stupid to wear bra pads if your species has nothing to pad in the first place (well, it's kinda silly either way, but more so in that case).

Well i'd say that they look at least vaguely human, but a little more elflike with different coloured skin. You can planily see their eye's ableit glowing one's through the mask positioned according to human anatomy and their noses too!
As well someone on the forum has an avatar that looks like tali unmasked, can't remember who's though, but its probably fan art interperatation.

Bioware knows that if they reveal Tali's face, and she isn't at least attractive to humans, there will be a fanboy riot of biblical proportions.

Someone did a funny comic where Tali takes off her mask during the ME2 romance scene and underneath it's Khalisah Al-Jilani from Westerlund News. Surely nothing could be more terrifying!

They should let you take back the Quarian home world in ME3, that way you can see the faces of all the beautiful Quarians!!! But until then, just read the fan fiction with Tali in it.

Oh look, it's my two favorite things: Tali and anime, together in one image.

Is this really what people hope she looks like? Talk about lowest-common-denominator. <_<

Meh, they can make her alien while still looking attractive enough not to enragethe fanboys. I would consider my self one, but I'm no where near "those" people. I just hope they show her face at all.
