I am very exited about the new DA2 and waiting anxiously for it´s release. I was wondering, though: I know it may be too early to tell, but what will the DA2 play time be, in comparison to DA:O? Will it be longer (pleeease!), shorter (nooooo!) or about the same (I can live with that)?

Another thing I was wandering is about replay value. In DA:O, since there are six differenter origins, you can make completely different characters, which is very fun and makes you want to play the game all over again, to see how things will develop with a different character. In DA2, there are no different origins. Will we be able to make completely different Hawkes (despite having the same race and origin), so that when we finish the game, we want to play it all over again?

Btw, I think it´s great that you are taking the time to answer the fans and consider our thoughts and suggestions. But you´ll never be able to please everyone, no matter how hard you try. So, don´t try it! If some suggestions are good, take them, but stick to your idea, tell the story you really want to tell and I´m sure it will turn out amazing!

I think it will be a fair bit shorter. They haven't had as much time as DA:O to develop it, and the PC voice acting, so there's almost no way it could have more, or even equal content than DA:O.

As for re-playability, I, personally, will probably manage 2 playthroughs maximum. The voice over idea really kills it for me.

Yeah, if you are at home and bored maybe! More like 3+ years if you're stuck on an island devoid of toys and drawing supplies.

since you are able to import your choices from DAO perhaps importing all your different endings would add some replay to it? that is kind of what i am hoping for because outside that from what is known i don't see much room for replayability.
