So, the Gameinformer article suggests that gamers who like 'pause and play' strategic combat should stick with the pc version.  Should we take that to mean that the console versions will no longer allow you to pause combat as was possible in DA:O?

If so, then I strongly doubt my wife will want to play DA:2 on the xbox. We bought both pc and xbox versions for DA:O so we could both play at the same time and thereby not suffer irreparable damage to our marriage fighting over who got to play DA:O first and who had to wait impatiently until the other was finished.

So, I need to know if the pause and play strategic part to combat is gone from the console version.

I haven't heard any official word on this. I'm hoping it's still an option, but no longer the focus. We'll see.
