I've read that there were a lot of problems with this, but from the last posts shown, it seemed like it had been fixed.  I just bought the Feast Day Combo Pack from the store, not through the game, and now I'm stuck.  Both the gifts and pranks are listed on my registered game promotions page, but there's no download link.  Just a "---" where there should be a link (links are listed for some of the other things I've purchased or redeeemed).  I tried checking on it in-game, and it's not showing up at all on the DLC tab, as available, or purchased, or anything else.  I'm signed in to the right account, the points were deducted from my account, my firewall isn't blocking anything.  I'm at a total loss here.  Help!!

EDIT: It's also not recognizing DLCs I've had since the beginning, like the Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor.  It's referring to them as installed, but unauthorized. (These are also listed with --'s for the download category on the official site.)  I got these through registration keys attached to my game.  I'm not disconnected from the dragon age servers, though, because it's recognizing my remaining number of points.  Apparently I've lost all my official DLC. What the hell is going on?

Unfortunately, BioWare Online Store has nothing to do with DLC purchase. You should try the tech support forum for your platform. You didn't register your game, so I can't direct you to the proper forum, therefore here are all three:
PS3 tech support forum

PC tech support forum

However, since you say that there are no download links in the registered promotions, I assume you have the PC version of the game. The links for manual downloads were never there, as the DLCs should download and install automatically in the game. If they don't, it probably means the Updater isn't working as it should.
