Hi all...

I've been replaying DA:O and DAO:A just now, and I've seen quite some emphasis on the Legion of the Dead.
The quest chain in Orzammar when you meet them and eventually restore them in honor is (imo) quit epic.

And in DAO:A you are joined by a Legion of the Dead member.
The epilogue in DAO:A mentions the dwarves have actually retaken Kal Hirol from the Darkspawn, and in DA:O you help them to retake another fortress.

Will we see more of their epic struggle? I found them amazing...all the lore Bioware created surrounding the dwarves, the Paragons, brilliant.

Will we see more Legion of the Dead?

I don't see why there wouldn't be a fallen Thaig underground in the Free Marches, and where there are bad odds, the Legion of the Dead are there...so I think it is fairly safe to guess that we might see them.

 I hope we do get to see them again but that probably because I am obsessed with anything Dwarven in DA. i've done about 7 full playthroughs and only one of them wasn't a Dwarf. On my first dwarf  noble playthrough i was hoping that i would stumble across the legion while i was exiled to the deep roads. but if Bioware can find anyway to bring them back then i would be happy, i don't care if it is really cheesey or makes no sense i just want more dwarves

Legion of the Dead is pretty cool.



That being said, they shouldn't throw in dwarves for the sake of throwing in dwarves.



They need to keep dwarves awesome.

The GI article mentions some dwarven artifact reclaiming or something, so it's a safe bet to say there will be some deep roads exploration at some point and that might include a meeting with the legion of the dead, though that's quite far from Orzammar...

Well it would make sense it is said that the Free Marches are on the brink of war, it could be that that's Hawke's doing.
And reclaiming lost artifacts for the Dwarfs is sure to get them on Hawke's side.
