I read someplace that you could re-journey once you beat the game. As for me, im stuck in party camp unable to travel to my new warden keep, my old home, or even denerim. Is this natural is my character done for? I dont think so but what exactly am i missing. Thanks.

Actually you CAN'T go anywhere after the final battle,you can do DLC quests if you haven't done them but you can't revisit anything after the final battle.
