I think the creature I most enjoyed was the The demon who possessed the little girl companion you meet at the bridge level. I think Mostly because you had a choice between the two companions. You could be her guardian spirit or you could change her into A DEMON Toad. I Liked the demon told he had some very interesting and funny commentary. hehe.

I assume you mean non-human looking things, although some ppl said Silk Fox... lol... some 'creature' alright 
My top 3 are:
1) Chai Ka - the most unique beast I've seen lately, very beautifully and originally done, yet funny looking at the same time, if that makes any sense.
2) Black Whirlwind - heh, he looks (and talks) funny too
