I'm curious has it been confirmed they're changing the controls for the xbox?  I hopoe not.
Also a friend said they're dumbing down the game?  also hope not.

well yep as far as i know theyll change the controlls for consols....

More relevantly, they said they wanted to change up how combat works for the consoles. The idea behind this move seems to be that the DA:O combat system didn't work as well as they'd expected on the consoles, and they want to make it something that plays well on a controller. How exactly this will turn out is anybody's guess at this point in time. Whether it's a streamlining/dumbing down or a complete redesign in order to accommodate the different control scheme only the Devs know right now.

Having played Origins on both PC and Console I can say definitively that combat on console was broken.
