Anyone else disappointed that DA:2 will be like the ME franchise with only 1 main character rather than very different origin stories?  For me, the origin stories really helped me become immersed in the game, invest in my character, and also want to replay the game again and again.  This way, maybe I'll replay what? 4 times ? (good/bad male/female Hawke).  I don't mean to QQ and I'll still be getting the game, but the various origin stories and how they play out in the later part of the game was one of the things I loved the most about DA:O

I'm not worried about and why should all the dragon age games contain the same exact things?

its not that they should contain the same things its that this doesnt allow for a lot of choice

you have a lot of choice in the way you guide your character through the story he will end up being your Hawk. It sounds like there will be tons of choice

Yes i am disappointed but there is nothing we can do about it as it has been decided.

you have a lot of choice in the way you guide your character through the story he will end up being your Hawk. It sounds like there will be tons of choice

not saying that you wont be able to make hawk your own, but you wont be able to chose to be an elf or dwarf and you will always come from lothering
