When I play DAO, I just would take random parties to Ozammar just to hear what my companions would say to each other. It was also funny when banters would involve talking about other companions or the pc herself/himself. Some of them were so funny I almost fell out my chair laughing. I hope Bioware always includes party banter in all of their future DA endeavors. Also there was a thread in one of the DAO forums of banters made by forum members about companions making fun of the wardens need to constantly loot from the darkspawn. I think this would be really funny if the developers actually included a banter like this in the new game making fun of Hawke's constant desire to loot enemies. Anyway, is anyone else excited for new party banters?

One of the things I'm excited for DA2, is hearing new party banter from our new companions. The party banter was probably was one of my most favorite things about the game. Oh, yes, of course! Party banter seems to be one of the all-around favorite aspects of DA, so I don't see why they wouldn't continue. It was a neat way to see how the companions feel about each other, feel about you, feel about your situation and so forth, as well as giving us bonus back history (Wynne's kid, for instance!).
I hope that we have some more of acknowledging that Hawke *heard* the party banter, as what happens with some of Sten's dialogue. I would have killed to ask Alistair if he was really watching some swaying hips, or if Morrigan would *really* sleep Sten, or if I could convince Wynne to do some magic dye jobs on Dog.

Party banter would be awesome, and banter where Hawke can join in would be even better, as the poster above me has stated =).

Yes, I think it would be so cool if in future games we could acknowledge we heard the party banter and join in. It would be so funny, if u could be like about what you said earlier....especially if companions were making fun of the pc! I hope that there is a ton of party banter in DA2.... as it gets closer to release hopefully we find more about the companions and hopefully they will be a fun mix.Party Banter is truly in my top 10 reasons for buying DA2.

One of the reasons DA:O was superior to ME2 was the banter. It was great in DA:O and I really missed it in ME2.
