It's possible, but I sincerely hope not. Obviously she found A new body...no way to know whose it was though. I don't think it particularly looks anything like Morrigan, myself.Lord_Saulot wrote...
I loved the Deep Roads art there. I hope that means the Deep Roads will make a return.
Also, could Flemeth have taken Morrigan's body?
Does that mean flemeth was raising another daughter behind Morrigan's back. You know teaching her magics and the art of shapeshifting, conditioning the body for the takeover so to speak? I mean if it was so simple would not any young body do? Why bother raise a vessal such as Morrigan then?

Anyone know when the GI-DA2 site updated last time?
The Game Informer DA2 hub page still says "We Return 7/16" for me, but I'm thinking they just haven't updated it yet to coincide with the Desktop Wallpapers they released earlier....unless they have something else planned too?
Hopefully they have more. This is disappointing (mostly because I can't use them).
Well I don't expect them to be huge until around December.

I still think she looks pretty young there...and again, you must consider her outfit.
Define young. In the cover art -- which isn't as stylized -- she still looks like she must atleast be pressing into her fourties.

It literally broke David Gaider. You could hear his mind grinding to a halt in the one post he made. He then locked it shortly after.

This is what happens when people confuse Dark Fantasy with GRIMDARK. Hopefully Gaider's sacrificed sanity will be enough to convince people never to make the same mistake again.

No, I just think that she would PREFER to raise her own new body, to "condition" it, as you say. But with Morrigan fled and Flemeth finding herself without a body...it stands to reason she might not be so picky.EgoSoul wrote...

I could see there being a young but powerful mage dabbling with rutuals she didn't fully understand...and Flemeth taking advantage of it.

Everyone keeps mentioning the Qunari and the horns, has anyone thought that perhaps the horns mentioned in the article were referring to the instrument? Perhaps Qunari are fond of horn signals in war.
That seems most likely. War horns (or feasting horns...perhaps Sten likes Snickers) or horns on helmets.

However, I agree it's more likely that it occurs at Lothering, considering her proximity to the place. The screenshot of her in dragon form clearly had the horn structure and head spike that Flemeth's new human body has, so it might just be that her appearance has been retconned. Then again, maybe she can change herself to appear younger or older, and she was just playing at the old woman act when in the presence of Morrigan and the Warden.
It could be as Hawke and his sis are fleeing Lothering- if you look at one of the GI screens you can see smoke billowing in the distance- Lothering burning maybe?
I'd hate it if her look in the concept art is just a retcon due to the visual style though- that sort of thing really bugs me. Anyway, here is another concept art from Matt Rhodes' deviantart- its a slightly older looking and more detailed version of Flemeth minus the dragon morphing claw:
Can you post a link to Matt Rhodes' dA account?

Doubt its just a retcon. On the first day of the announcements, when this lady was one of the only two concept arts, one of the Bioware people said we'd be shocked to find out who she is or something. That implies to me that that they intended her to be surprisingly different, which in my mind would probably have a story reason and not mere style change.
