Elves get a bonus of +2 willpower and magic, so that lends itself well to the mage category, doesn't it.
Dwarves get +1 strength and dexterity, and +2 constitution, (as well as a 10 % resistance to hostile magic) so that lends itself rather well to being a warrior, doesn't it.
Humans get 1 point added to each of strength, dexterity, magic, and cunning, so they'd probably be good for everything, warriors mages and thieves, wouldn't they. Human thieves would have some benefits in fighting and magic as well.
Is that what you would choose? Elf mage, Dwarven warrior, Human thief? Or is there some other combination that is good for you, and what would be your reasons for choosing it?
Which race do you choose for each category?
