Has Bioware said we'll get the mod tools for DA2 just like DA1?

I know they're doing the combat on PC like DA1 but will we also get the dev tools too? I seen some pretty creative stuff so far and its pretty early. Hoping we still get those...

I hope so. The availability of a toolset for player content significantly influences my decision towards purchasing a game.
