Okay it is obvious this topic does not exist to anybody else, but me, and therefore I never did forget as it impossible too and is equivalent to dividing by zero. (In otherwords, I'm going to have to find out my own damn self, after looking through 50 friggen pages of google and turning up nothing and asking on three different forums with no responses, yup.)

As long as you haven't gone to Ilos you should be able to return to just about any non-story planet, and most Story(plot) planets.

I do believe JLBoyyy is correct. Also look at how fast the threads on this board move, I mean there's one on the first page with no activity for five days.

Any landable planet can be relanded on as many times as you wish (with a few exceptions). So if you happen to forget to hack the geth terminal on Solcrum, you can always go back to it at any time prior to Ilos.

...or you could have just went back to the story world and found out for yourself. 

However, since some people have answered your question despite your impatience and rudeness, I'll just concur with them.

Is it possible to get the datafiles as a soldier? It's just saying that my decryption skill is too low and I can't see any way to increase it on my talent tree.

You need to bring a tech along with you. That would be Garrus, Tali or Kaiden. There are basically three levels of locks one each for basic(1pt invested), advanced(5pts invested) and master(9pts invested). Most require decryption a few require electronics. You don't need to do anything extra, just have a character with the correct skill level in your active party. The game will automatically use their skill. Please note that you still have to complete the minigame or use omnigel.
