Ildaron, the DMFI basically adds badly needed functionality to the NWN2 DMClient application.


There are a number of things that DMs just need to be able to do quickly, and Obsidian's default DMC doesn't support those actions, either well or at all in some cases (inability to view/modify player inventory for one).


Both iterations of the NWN franchise have very active communities surrounding them... we're all very lucky to have this being worked on.

The original guild forums are still up and functioning, FYI, although I understand their time is limited: DMFI guild

One advantage of the new DMFI group forum (the first link above) is that guild officers no longer have to approve join requests; the DMFI was always meant to be inclusive, so that simplifies things.

If you´re talking about the DMFI Tools for NWN2, they´re available to download on NWVault (under Hall of Fame scripting section). You can also download the DMFI Base Mod on NWVault, which gives builders a prefab mod with DMFI and other core scripts ready to go.

There is a completely new DMFI available in beta now. It is worth checking out as it has tons of new functionality.
