Zevran is for a character who claims to be shallow, actually one of the character's with the most depth, he has a life/back story that leaves you wanting more, I enjoyed all the interaction with him and thought he was quite charming. It leaves you thinking he is capable of far more emotion than he ever lets on, I would love more Zevran!

I killed him the at first chance I got too because I hate elves. Hopefully if there is another elven party member in DA2, I get to kill them as soon as I meet them too.

Yea, all the elves in Dragon Age were pansies.
That guy in the Witcher 2 trailer was pretty bad ass, some throw on him. Like Zelda if his balls dropped.

What do we get in Dragon Age? An emotionless  sounding Vulcan from the second worst startrek show trying to get us  emotionally involved to his single tone Steven Hawkings  voice. Yea, werewolfs, booyhooyhooye hoo hoo.

Well, she lived until I defiled the ashes. The **** went crazy and was decapitated. And I got Reaver specialization. Later on I still killed Kolgrim, bearded bastard didn't show enough respect.
Next time though I just let Leliana rot in Lothering.

I'd like to see Zev and the other companions in cameos. Zev was always my BFF except that one playthrough where he turned on me *cry*. But I wouldn't want him to return as a companion. Let Hawke have his/her own awesome party friends I say.

Well, I was serious. Why would I let someone who attacked me live? It's the most stupid thing one could possibly do. Go play Yakuza 3, this game is FULL of situations when everything goes to hell because main hero is too honorable (read: stupid) to finish off his fallen enemy.

Even though I enjoyed killing him as much any other enemy, I wouldn't be one bit surprised to see him star in his own prequel DLC somewhere down the road.

I didn't mean about killing Zevran in general, I meant about killing him because he's a gay character. I was replying to Rubbish Hero.

Zevran got pissed at me because i turned down his offer of sex. I was flatterd but since im not into that sort of thing i told him no.

He later betrayed me, so i killed him.  I left the little backstabber to rot!

I see, all right then. Actually, I'm not tolerable towards gays anyway... In my country (Russia) homosexuality is even banned by law. Although this particular law isn't getting much attention.

It's great Bioware had this in mind,  the ability to kill him while he's helpless. Watching the youtube  video's he basically just stands around coming on to you with gay innuendos every half sentence like John Barrowman in heat. Nothing  against gay character in games,  just the open flamboyant in your face  ones that are very annoying,  some people are into that, as long you get the option to kill  them or possibly even  get rid of them a secondary option, all's good.  If they decide to add another gay character, make them abit more normal  than a cardboard cut-out of what a straight persons stereotype of one is, it's very offensive.

Not to mention that avoiding a romance with Alistair is ten times harder than avoiding a romance with Zevran or Leliana. Hell, Leliana never even brings it up, besides complimenting your hair. Which I'm pretty sure staight people do.

Did you try to talk with him? He only does that if you encourage him.
