I don't understand your problem well enough to help. Can you elaborate?

i've already set up my Mass effect 2 cerberus account on my xbox 360 before using EA/Bioware Social networking, and I can't link it to my bioware EA account to my already established Cerberus network along with my Xbox 360 Gamertag...

like how do I link my bioware/ea account with my already made xbox live gamertag so that I can download stuff from bioware online (like downloading extra items for mass effect 2) via my cerberus network/xbox live?

i'm starting to think they wanted people to make a EA Account first before playing or starting a game or something (the only way to have a linked ea account/bioware + xbox live synced with each other)... what about the people (like me) who make these sort of accounts after already starting or making (playing) a game is more like my question?

You have two options, both of them require you to get in contact with EA live support.

You can either register a new BSN account (or not, it's not a requirement) and transfer any DLC on your current BSN account to the new one, or you can transfer the Cerberus Network and your Gamertag to your existing BSN account. If you do the former and want to keep using the e-mail address associated with your current account you should first go to the EA profile of your BSN account and change the e-mail address to something else; relog here with the alternative e-mail address; change the e-mail address of the primary EA profile (the one with Gamertag and no BSN account); and then register a new account here using the primary e-mail address.

You would have had the option of signing up here using an existing game account to avoid precisely this problem.

I guess that means you have to go for the second approach.

(Have they been removed?)

nope...  I don't care about this stuff... so it's not important or anything... it's just a game/internet.
