Is Kate Mulgrew returning to voice Flemeth?

I was wondering since Flemeth is back if Kate Mulgrew will also come back to voice her.
Also, I remember in a interview awhile back when Kate was asked to describe what she expected Flemeth to look like, she mentioned something about her with flowing white hair. It looks like the designers are using her description in the concept art. Did the concept artist design her based on Kate's description?

And with the "new" Flemeth seemingly having crazy white hair, that sort of fits better with her description from The Stolen Throne too. Although in The Stolen Throne she was a hunched over witch wrapped in furs and such, whereas the "new" concept art Flemeth looks like a fashion model...

Which is cool as a story development, but this thread has made me realize that it would probably mean choosing between the two voice actresses to play the hybrid.
Oh no! Can we please have both Claudia Black AND Kate Mulgrew, Bioware?
Maybe they could argue in one body -- like the Gollum and Smeagol personalities in Lord of the Rings.

I'm sorry but that would be so annoying- having a split personality, Morrigan/Flemeth...meh. Keep them separate characters, its better that way, IMO.

P.S. Arius23 - am terribly jealous you met her in person! Though I hear she's nice too. Though I agree, hearing her voice as Hot Flemeth (did you see that concept art? BUTTCHEEK people!) would be...odd.
Plus she had some of the best lines in the game. Coupled with Capt Janeway's voice...

A SUMMONABLE healer mage. That you couldn't summon anywhere other than camp - unless you had a mobile emitter.Arius23 wrote...

He also needs to sing Frank Sinatra and fall in love with Shale while trying to teach her to express her emotions better.

I'd love to see Kate Mulgrew return. She did a fantastic job as Flemeth. I doubt she will, though, since Flemeth appears to be in a new body, so a new voice is logical. Voices are from the voicebox, not the soul.
That makes sense, but not necessarily the best story-sense. Hearing Mulgrew's gruff voice coming out of Morrigan's young mouth would be spookily effective for those who've played the first game.
[...which is not to say I want Kate Mulgrew over Claudia Black. Both, both!]

What makes you think that's her in Morrigan's body? In another forum, David Gaider said something about she would look older in-game than she does in the concept art. I'm pretty sure that's her in some semi-dragon form.

I hope they'll bring her back again, I'd love to see all the returning characters (I'm hoping there's at least some small cameos from others if nothing else) have their original voices, but it's subject to cost and availability really. given that Flemmeth looks like having a fairly large role in DA2 though it's probably reasonable to assume that Kate Mulgrew would be worth the cost
They did say Morrigan's story was not over in the GI article so there's one more that should be returning at least.

Agreed. She's too much of a crowd-puller to waste - and David Gaider isn't George Lucas.Arius23 wrote...

Well because I keep track of everything Kate Mulgrew is doing of course.
Nah, call it a guess. I think the younger Flemeth will have a younger voice. How much sense would a raspy voice make coming from that slim piece of concept art we've seen?
