They should include this option (#4) in every character's dialog options in DA 2:
1. xxx
2. yyy
3. zzz

(talking to a guy with a quest sign over the head)
hawke: hello good sir, can i help you?
guy: nope everythings fine.
hawke: well its not youve got a job for me!
guy: what no! really not! im just standing her
hawke: but you have this sign over youre head, everybody with such a sign wants me to do something for him
guy: sign?? SIGN??? what are you talking about?? madman!!
hawke: i will not leave before you give me a quest!
guy: (sighs) well then go bring me ten hurlock heads or something i don't care.
hawke: for honour and glory
guy: moron.
