While I am able to access the lucky stone, memory band and wicked
oath addons, I redeemed my code, and received a download status for
both the stone prisoner, and dragon armour. When they were complete,
they did not move to active content. After refreshing, the dragon
armour vanished, and the stone prisoner moved back to the available
content page.

This is quite frustrating.

Also, now, the memory band won't let me play logged in. When I try,
it informs me that I need to log in as the owner of the memory band.
When I log out, it allows me to play. I registered, while logged in,
the content shows up on my online profile of what I'm entitled to. Why
can I not play it?

Also,
it's been more than 24 hours, though I imagine you're drowning in
content questions. I wish I could just call, and talk to someone who
could walk me through this crap, since this email thing feels a little
like praying. I send my supplication for help off into the ether, not
knowing if anyone will respond, or yae, if anyone out there listens at
all.

This may be one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a video game, and getting what I ordered out of it.

Posted these to the nice email the help desk people, and recieved no reply in the alloted 24 hours.

I've tried to read through the help forums, but I get lost and annoyed rather easily..

I would really like to get what I paid for, so that I feel comfortable buying more stuff I have paid for, but this is horrid. I'm so disenfranchised with this particular system that I feel rather like never buying anything that involves DLC to get the whole experience, ever again.

I wonder, does it work better on XBL? Is my mistake thinking that playing things on the PC would be a more robust, longer lasting experience? Should I just give up PC gaming, and go to a platform that developers actually support? 

Regardless. Anyone who cares to race my support question, which is nearly 48 hours in, feel free to do so, I'd appreciate help from.. anyone.

the stone prisoner has downloaded for me but it is not appering on the world map. my husband has the xbox360 version and has downloaded both dlc and they work fine, can someone tell me why it does not on the pc thank you
