Actually I'm from Huntington Beach, CA. The fact that I didn't know it was still Daylight Savings Time had more to do with the fact that I'm not too good with the seasons and Wikipedia seems to say it ends in September, less to do with my Britishness. Ah, here it is, first week of November is when it ends. Very good. -7 GMT FTW.

They changed the DST change dates a year or so back; DST now ends on November 1st - so clocks won't go back to Standard time until then.
