so i herd that bioware repleced the art director from dao 1 ....and chose a new art director ...

guess who?? yes yes its no mistek the art director off? jade empire!!

now insted of the cool graphics  armors and weapons of DAO1 we will get cartoon kamikazas c-r-p style graphics
insted of realistic medival cool grpahic we will get  finale phantazy age 2

i am very very very disapointed !!!!!! :(:( not to mention all the ather changes they did to the game like non linearity  at all!!!!!!! no races!! dialog wheel!! no world map with places taht you can visit cuse you play in the past it is all generic you finsh one place and jump to another ther is no map that you can travel from place to place
and lots of ather changes sound to me that this game is going to be !! action cartoon phantazy style game with rpg elemnts good game! yes! dragon age2>? defenetly not!! if 1 wasent a sucses ok...but dao was a hit!! whay roing it?? it prove that the old school fans is a realy large group actuly ! i disagree its not old school!! wahy does it called like taht??? is action shotter is old school? for me yes!! for me  ME2 is old school...not DAO

Meh, Honestly you probably shouldn't decide if you hate the look and idea of the game until you've played it. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

EDIT: Heck for all we know, Dragon Age 2 could end up an even bigger hit than the original. Just be patient.

i ment that for me it wont be rpg and it will shore wont be dragon ag2

it will be greate game cuse its still bioware you can call it finale age 2 or mass efect age 2 if you want,,

mibe it will be a hit ...but it will not be an rpg.!!..only with some rpg elements...it will not be the susecor of BG and DAO it will not be a game that i will want to play...

Yeah I'm not happy about what I have heard either but that's kind of just how the cookie crumbles. Dragon Age Origins was my daily dose of classic fantasy rpg video gaming. I don't know if they will be continuing that for Dragon Age 2 but if not then no big deal, I'll just move on to another when it comes along. Or play more tabletop rpgs. Look, there was classic fantasy rpg before Dragon Age, there will be another if it cannot uphold the title. I know how you feel and understand but we can't change anything anymore.

old school?? they the best games there is!! for me they a lot better than same crpy action game or shoter

if i want good action game ill play assains creed 2 and not da2 they making it the same gnere like assain creed ..

dragona age were realistic.. like a real world

i read the post and sew waht bioware sayd about da2 ...they want to improve what make dao1 great! combat and graphic?? did i herd right?combat grarphic?



no what make dao great!! and bg great!! and [planscape torment great!!

is depth of charecter!! interaction! story!! and i think a large world with a lot of places to visit! long game!!

abselotly not the stuff that bioware sayd so you all can see whats the direction of this game going to be ,,,,well seeya bioware another company who will make action games..insted of rpg classics..well i guess i will wait for witcher 2 and if it will not be good rpg than...mibe ill waite years for some good susecor for BG or dao wen it will came out from some compnay i guess eventuly in some years some1 will make good and tru rpg...

I don't see why people are expecting much from the first Trailer of Dragon Age 2. I'm 99.9% sure it will all be cinematic trailer awesomeness that y'know looks absolutely great but offers very little in gameplay, actual graphics, story, and mechanics. At least that's how must first trailers are.

Well I know not to expect anything much really, Another cinematic blur triler (like DA:O's and ME2's cinematic trailer) would be awesome. Though going with my gut I'm thinking they're gonna reveal a very broad "story arch", like what the game is essentially going to focus on, and maybe a tiny tiny bit of gameplay (extremely doubtful)


Still though, at least its something to look foward to. I'm just sitting here patiently wating for DA2 as I know it'll be truely epic in Bioware's awesome hands.

Reading all these topics makes me think that the DA community is one of the worst out there with all the fans yelling and screaming at the devs over such tiny information <_<   And then the people saying "OMFG THESE GRAPHICS SUCK" when its obvious that it's not finalized since the game is a year away.

Yeah most forum communities lack patience. I tried my hardest to stay away from them and not get sucked in again like I did long ago but summer has alot of down time alone at the computer.

i told only the truth ! whats the matter the truth hurts?

show me 1 things to prove to me that i am wrong, untill now evrthing i read and her

just some good action game who pretend to be...you cant even compare it to dao 1 cuse it will be diffrent genre

if it is good engue for you have fun with this game...its your problem
