Let's say Mark Vanderloo was never born...wait thats a little extreme, let me re-word that. What if BioWare never chose Mark Vanderloo to model the default Shepard? Who would you want to be the model for default Shepard? Would you want a default? Give some of your opinions. Let me hear 'em...or uh, read 'em. Eh, you get what I mean Oh and also, post some pictures of the people you think should be the default. Heck, post a picture of yourself just to have a laugh.

Well, preferably no default since it's such a spaceopera, but I can see the need for one since it's easier for commercials and spin off's. But since I have to play with default malesheps whenever playing as a male in ME (beacuse I'm terrible at making a good male face) and the default femshep seems to have been created in the sleep (booooring) I'll throw in two imaginary suggestions; James Franco for male and Connie Nielsen for femshep.

Good choice! But on that comment for the commercial reasons you are right but I think they should just put on the helmet but make sure the camera see's the N7 on Shepards suit since thats his trademark =)

Well ofcourse there are ways to go around the whole face-in-camera thing. Let's remember that you can play as female to The whole default thing is tricky no matter what. Someone's always going to get dissappointed, I guess that's why there's a lot of mixed feelings on the MEmovie... The outcome of all of those oppinions and what is best for the screen is oing to be quite exciting

And for fem shep, someone who doesn't have a ridiculous short hair. How come Miranda is the only female person in the entire of Mass Effect with decent hair (though it is made redundant by her massive ass)?

Don't get me wrong, I love SGA and the John Sheppard character, but he doesn't have the soldier look. Especially with that bed head hair.

SG1 was my fave sci fi series when i was younger havent watched universe yet though.

Universe is pretty good, starts off a little slow, but much more character depth. They have the frst seaon out on DVD. Recently started watching Farscape, which is far better than I thought it would be considering it has puppets. Which tying in to the SG1 characters that would make a decent sheppard, maybe Ben Browder? He has that hero grunt look, maybe a little too clean for the renegades I like to play, but decent.
