I do not think broodmothers need to eat Darkspawn to "memorize the blueprint"



If that was the case all broodmothers could create every kind of darkspawn, meaning they could create much more ogres instead of genlocks and hurlocks.

Darkspawn don´t evolve. No breeding = no evolution.

every generation of breedmothers is "better", thus the darkspawn generations from "newer" broodmothers can be considered more evolved than those of the previous one

Yet in DAO codex we can read that emissaries actually can talk, and that darkspawn are fond of tattoos, totems and stuff. This is all just unknown, unexplored. They probably have some kind of society. Not the one any of you would want to live in, but still...

I don't think this is what she says. I think she says something like "To the men, they are merciful, they kill..." meaning they kill the men, and then she says the stuff about what happens to the women that implies force feeding and rape, but I don't remember it saying anything about female darkspawn.

But she went on for a bit about the women "doing things" to you.  I don't have the toolset so I can't check the exact wording.

The line is: "The men, they kill... they're merciful. But the women, they want. They want to touch, to mold, to change until you are filled with them...."

I see this as "they kill the men prisoners , they want the women prisoners for something else.
I didn't see it as "the men darkspawn kill the prisoners and the women darkspawn want the prisoners for something else".

I´m an elf myself, I may joke about them.

Also, people get offended all the time without reason. So I can not let that stop me.

The horns are a leftover from early development. Originally Qunari were supposed to have horns but this wreaked havoc with all the helmet designs, so they removed that. Ogres, on the other hand, didn't have that problem and retained them.

There could be a Dragon Age RTS game. Your genlock slaves (builders) build broodmothers as factories, and then you can start producing troops.
