Wariors armors should not be re-colored in the same model as the other armor like cailans armor = sentinel armor
perhaps one of the coolest looking armor i seen that definitely would be great to see in DA2

Mages do only problem with mage clothing are the hats/cowl like apprentice cowls they look like colorful ice cream cones:wizard:, although i like the collective cowl/enchanter cowl looks a little bit like a hood:lol:
i would love to see this kind of clothing for mages

i don't hate all the rogue armors in DAO and DAA i really just don't like the leather armors
But definitely need a really cool looking armor for rogues in DA2
i do however like the studded leather armors like Felon's Coat and especially Blackblade Tunic
i think they look great and all but there is just one thing that these armors are missing
CLOAKS every awesome rogue knows they need to have a cloak that hides their identity:bandit:
Here's an awesome of what i think needs to be in DA2:

Overall please don't make armor/weapons with the same design but different colors:D

I think better/more armor overall would be nice. There was only 4-5 looks for armors in DA:O and then there were several reskins of those 4-5.

But tbh, if they fix the mages hats I'll be fine with just that.I never used Mage hats for any of my characters due to them looking so ridiculously stupid.

I hope they make improvements on all types of armor in DA2. The armors in DA:O were really boring and the fact that they were all just reskinned versions of eachother reminded me of cheap MMOs. The mage hats were especially bad.

I got a kick out of em anyhow.  It was fun for me to make Alistair and Morrigan wear dunce caps around and act all serious.

We definitely need better mage hats, but even more so, more choices for robes and/or clothing. I mean in DAO we only had three different robe models...

I am all for the Rogue cloaks and maybe some other armours.

And yeah the Mages could use some new armours as well.

I suspect you'll get one of each type of sword and one generalized outfit that's applicable to all classes. Once you recruit Bethany the mage, she'll be able to learn enchantments that upgrade the armor and weapons.

Streamlining, remember?

I actually think there's a 50/50 chance they'll do it that way, honestly.

Is mixing and matching armor pieces too much to ask for? Probably, but I do it anyway.

If you want to avoid reskins then you're going to have to compromise armour choice. It is that simple. Personally, I prefer unique armours over many armours.

This would mean I can stop hating you, what is rather good, but it would still be very sad because it would suck.

I love hooded clooth and cool looking armor .

But DA = a low fantasy world . Don't expect to see flamboyant stuff like your second screenshot IMSHO

I'll be happy if they just get rid of the mini-skirt leather armour, for both sexes. semi-armoured leather coats, with long skirts or trousers please.

"Mini-skirt" leather armor is actually realistic. Roman and Greek armors always had a skirt instead of trousers.

Realistic for ancient Rome and Greece certainly. Realistic for late medieval europe? Not so much.

Not everyone can afford plate armor.

And skirts are by far more practical and better-looking than trousers.

We'll have to differ there.  I think the mini-skirts look terrible, on both sexes.

I didn't like the way that even the unique items had their colour dictated by their material, and how the level-scaled loot changed colour with level. If I wear a suit of armour, it has to match. I couldn't wear the Helm of Honnleath with anything because it was the wrong colour, it just looked stupid with silverite armour.
