After looking at the # of post in the nwn 1 & 2 forums, something tells me this is going to be a big fail in the nwn community. :/

But I am temp off of NWN , as it is loaded on my old system, and DAO is on my current one.

Well, comparing one week of posts to 8 years of posts, I think you'll be a bit disappointed :-P If the community has faith in the game, which ultimately ISN'T changing, then there's no reason why these boards won't pull through.

More and more people are joing, as the time for the old forums to close gets closer. This will not fail as long as there are people who are still interested in NWN. I too, was a bit dismayed at the thought of loosing the Bio-boards, but not enough to jump to the "its the end of the world! Run Scurry Flee!" place. Wait and see, I bet the community will suprise you at how well they adapt.

The people who do not just move to theese forums are simply not interested in the NWN community anyway...so there is nothing that has to be a fail here....

These forums are going to be fine. I've seen a steady increase in both members and posts. Not worried. A lot of the tile set creators, etc are coming over too.

Oh, most of us have been unhappy about this change, largely because of concern over the success of the new digs. Well, here we are, and here we'll stay! This is still a fantastic community and everything will be fine once we get adjusted and work out the kinks.
