It would seem that this guy is so vain that he thinks the song is about him but really isnt the song about him? So I guess my question is, is this guy really vain or is he just very perceptive?

However the song could be wrong and the guy she is singing about is totally oblivious to the fact that the song is about him, it could be you, it could be me, it could even be Stanley Woo (however whether Stanley has knowledge of who the song could be about is unkown at this point in time).
