Hi guys!

 Always wondered how much is the casterlevel of staff of the magi on hit dispel, holy avenger on hit dispel and holy avenger dispel magic 3xday use property as well as any other dispel items with uses or scrolls. Noticed that carsomyr dispels equal level characters very well, but it cant actually dispel some high level casters like demiliches or liches. how much is wand of spellstriking pierce magic caster level (to know how many -% spell resist it gives)?

Anyone got any ideas?

The Staff of the Magi doesn't have a caster level; it's supposed to dispels everything. In the unmodded game Carsomyr's dispel-on-hit either probably uses the wielder's level (I'm too lazy to verify). The 3x/day dispel is cast at level 15. Scrolls are cast level 10. Wands of Spell Striking lower MR by 20%.



The G3 Fixpack alters both dispel-on-hit effects to be more robust. They dispel at level 30 with that mod installed.

Ok, thx. both on hits casterlevel 30, dispel with usable ability of carsomyr is casterlvl 15, scrolls are 10, wands -20% sr. WIth G3 fixpack. Its embarassing on hit dispels cant dispel prot from magic weapons since you get weapon useless message. Only dispelling without prot from magic weapons although its probably balanced.

sorry, got another question. they say that elves are resistant to charm. I ve seen somewhere that with G3 Fixpack installed it means that 90% of dominate/charm spells and abilities thrown at a character autofail even without any saves? Is it correct?

There are a number of mods that implement this resistance; I'm pretty sure that the G3 Fixpack is one of them.
