They have no heads during the cutscene and when i actually skip the cutscenes and start playing, they still have no heads, the dwarf character and marjolaine have their heads though. What's going on here?

is the first time i will try to play at Witch Hunt,ariane have no heads !i don't use mod!what can i do?

I'm having the same problems. Just tried doing Witch Hunt today and Ariane has no head. My PC can more than handle the game, so its not a hardware issue. Would love to figure out how to fix this. I thought it might be a mod, but I have no mods dealing with faces.

-Edit- She also has no armor equipped when I first find her.  I don't know whether or not that's supposed to be like that or not, though.

However, I'm not having problems with Liliana's Song like OP is having.

As you can see, no head and no armor.  When I give her stuff I have in my bag, the helmet shows up on her head, but there are no eyes and her portrait still shows no head.

Sorry you're having problems.  At first blush, here's the two most obvious things that comes to mind:

1) A mod is a mod.  Who knows what affect it will have, especially on a piece of DLC that may have been created AFTER the mod was?  I'd say it's still the #1 suspect.

2) You can try to re-install the DLC manually.  Instructions can be found here:  http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Downloadable_Content#Manually_Installing_Downloadable_Content

Note you'll have to download and install both the actual DLC and its associated "offer" file.

You may want to try step #2 first before gutting the mods out of your systems belly

Actually, I just came back to add that I had just tried it again after removing all of my mods. Still not working right. I'll try re-installing the DLC and see if that works.

Just to be safe, I'd reboot and NOT load the game before running the DAZIP installer.  Good hunting!
