YES! and that shep rocks! i like her looks.
Thankya. Trinket animates really well, which of course screenshots can never tell you ;_;
re: multi-shep syndrome. i really have trouble doing any shep that isn't kyrie, but i had that problem with da:o. i had a bazillion characters & only finished with one.
for all the shepards I have, add like 20 more. I spend half my da:o time in char creation or toolset though, at this rate i should be designing npc overhaul packs, but i am FAR FAR too vain for that and stick to player characters

for me, it really came down to making a character that looked as awesome as morrigan. seriously, that was my metric. she's so sexy, i had to make a character that could be even more charismatic than her - at least in my head.
haha, my characters in da:o are not very charismatic. my dwarf noble headcanon tends to be headstrong, traditional, snippy at times, and a little vindictive. i am still playing her on a seemingly infinite loop of joy, even though all my da:o characters are named after internet applications now. YouTube Mahariel is pretty cute.
i think Morrigan is sort of the be all and end all of BAMF in da:o, too, unless you count maybe flemeth. or loghain, who makes me cry most of the time out of sheer love.
with kyrie, my final incarnation was reached when she looked "right" for the world.
i know what you mean about this. i've had a couple faces that just -work- and honestly, the personalities grow while i'm creating them in the first few screens of me1. i have a pretty hyperactive imagination and it helps me a lot there! so hard to settle on ONE who feels *just right* though, for me.

eh... mebbe that's not all that helpful - awfully subjective. but for me, i feel like i've hit on the "right" character when they look and - to me "feel" like they belong in the story i want the VG to tell. so for me, da:o had a human noble rogue who looked like a scrappy little sister to a knight, and ME ended up with kyrie.
it makes perfect sense to me and is pretty solid advice. actually, thanks a ton, what works for you is actually pretty universal. which i just started to type as "unicorn"--gotta lay off the coffee.
thanks for the input, femshep thread

i think i have a handful of things to try out and a renewed sense of perspective.
