Yes. I purposely make them with flaws because it makes her seem more human.
Lili loses herself in battle at moments, going insane. Ever since the raid of Mindoir and everybody she killed and saw killed between that and Torfan, basicly made her go crazy at moments. (Not always but sometimes she does.) She also can't drive, of course, or atleast all that well.
Lia can have huge anger flare ups. She can be a total b*tch to even people she loves and cares for. She'll have yelling fits where if somebody says something, she yells at them in reply.
Titra can't admit things well, so when it comes to talking and anything related to that, like when comes to negotiating, she's not very good. She shot the Visair's hostage, knowing she would just f*ck the situation up worse if she spoke. She knows she can't negotiate, so she finds another way.
Naomi gets really tongue-tied. She gets words mixed up and mixed together, and always had. She also happens to hate hights.
Elizabeth is a bit scared of the dark because in her childhood, she was in allys and empty buildings. She doesn't like the dark because of her past, the dark reminds her of Earth. (she's happy Liara understands why, though) She's also a bit scared of hights, seeing how she almost fell out/off many buildings.
Maria really cares about her looks. When she's alone, she does things with her hair and make-up, trying to look better but still herself and the bad*ss she is.
Athena has people problems and anger issues. She flares up at everybody and also reacts before she thinks things through.
(Do those count as flaws?)
