I also just got dispirited at how many Sheps look like Meghan. I worked hard on her face. I need to get over it, since Meghan's strength is her personality, but it's still irksome.

Yeah, that's the issue with such a limited CC. It's difficult to make a Shep who doesn't look like a dozen other Sheps. Sometimes I see a pic and I'm like "Wait, is that my... I don't remember taking that screenshot :huh:" But I realize it's just an identical twin. I guess some Shepards are Cylons or something

Wow <3.  This might be some of your best work yet, and epic ending is pretty epic. 

I love the voicework of Hale and [Thane's VA]. I never play the Thane romance so hearing the highlights was pretty fresh for me, it really is well done.

I'm gonna have that song stuck in my head for the next 24hrs though...totally worth it.

Out of interest, do any of you roleplay your FemSheps with flaws? I've been thinking about this in light of all the character inspirations people have been sharing, since people tend to pick the attributes they admire and amalgamate them.

Probably joining this late, but yep! Aki is a "white knight" kind of girl, and she very much wants to believe the best about people, which leads her to be naive sometimes. The specific instance that sticks in my mind is in ME2 when you encounter Elanora, the mercenary who claims she's in over her head and never killed nobody to get into Blue Suns (I think - I might have the name or gang wrong, it's been a while!) and asks Shepard to let her go. As the player, you look at that and think "Riiiight.", but Aki believed her and let her get away...and then felt like a total fool afterwards when she found Elanora's recording about her kills.

Thank you! I know, you mostly just see pictures from inside the SB base or from Illium. I guess the light out on the hull isn't all that great for most shots (then again, the light in the SB base can be terrible as well).

That is something I really like in Dragon Age (and I think someone mentioned it a few pages ago): You could just stop to talk to your LI (or kiss) at pretty much any point. That way there wasn't this clear distinction between your base (Normandy in ME, camp in DA) and outside of it, which combined with the inter-party banter made the relationships feel that much more coherent.

Don't be disappointed! My Shepard also looks like a lot of other Sheps, which kind of took me by surprise. Then, a few weeks ago my girlfriend started playing ME and what the hell, her Shep looks kinda like mine...There just isn't that much variation to be had with the ME character creator. One also tends to just see hair and haircolor at first, and while there might actually be a lot of difference between two characters with the same hair and haircolor, they will look alike at first.

Thanks!  Yes, Gladiator has some great music.  'The Wheat' is one of my favorite pieces.  That movie also served as color inspiration for the video.
