I think Moira would teasingly refer to Garrus as 'Archangel', or perhaps 'Angel' for short. Mostly because on Omega he seems embarrassed about the name. It would double as a term of respect and endearment, however.

I believe Constance would refer to Liara as being her "sweet", or a similar nickname. Liara brings out the tenderness in her otherwise ruthless demeanor.

As for Holly and Thane, I don't see her coming up with a nickname for him. He calls her 'Siha', which is enough to make her blush on more than one occasion. I could picture her calling him her 'Love', perhaps, but that's all.

Teagan has no nicknames for Kaidan.  It's just Kaidan.  They're fun like that.

Does Caroline have a nickname for Bishop?  Several possibilities come to mind (sugar britches, sweet buns, hot ass...)  naww.  I don't think so.  He does on occasion call her 'lin, or babe, or darlin.  Because he's the only man in existance that can be cheeky with Caroline and not get shot/punched/maimed/set on fire.  But that's really neither here nor there, and I'm pretty sure only I care about it.  Cursed out-of-game characters only I care about.  *fistshake*

It depends on whether you're referring to my actual FemShep, or the horribly out-of-character one who lives in my head.

So yeah. Actual Shep doesn't really have nicknames for anyone; these sorts of things don't really occur to her.
The one exception is, of course, Joker- but hell, everyone calls him that. It'd feel weird calling him by his given name.
Of course, Actual Shep also doesn't have a love interest per se, so it's kind of a moot point.

Aaaaaaand then there's Head!Shepard, GENTLEWOMAN ADVENTURER. >.>
Since she doesn't know her LI's actual name, she just pulls stuff out of a hat in an attempt to garner a reaction. A different one every time, I might add. I think she's up to about twenty of them at this point.*

Of course, one has to realize that she's also obsessed with setting things on fire, and thinks the best way to deal with a Reaper is to bite it to death.

Sorry to break in on the nickname theme, but I'm having an interesting time looking at how hair mesh changes affect the look of my FemShep, and I'd be interested in opinions if you have any. I have generally played Rhea with the "classy" mesh, but lately it's occurred to me that it might make her look somehwat less "tough" than I might prefer (from a realism perspective). But now I've completely confused myself, so others' thoughts on this would be helpful.

Just to attempt to counter all of the biotic pics throughout the thread, this shows good reasons why you don't mess with an infiltrator. You either get a big hole in your head or you get lit on fire, or you get both (and if you are VERY lucky you get both in that order)

Jessica doesn't really nickname people. She just calls Liara "Liara". Once in a while, in their intimate moments, she might call her "Blue" for short.

I think I prefer the high bun style for Rhea, SkaldFish.  She has a classy face, and that's a classy hairstyle.

Nope. Hrist doesn't have a nickname for Liara. A riveting answer I know, but hey, that's how she rolls.

@Skaldfish: I'd leave her with the classy style personally, but if I had to pick one of the others, I'd go for the high bun.

@Interactive Civilian: There are plenty of infiltrator shots in this thread, it's just the biotic shots tend to look a little more flashy.

re: nicknames? uh...no. in fanfic i worked in kyrie calling kaidan a sweetheart once or twice, because that line in me1 always seems a little out of the blue for her - at least the way i'd played her up until then.

Nick name for Kaidan? Yeah, Tiia calls him Lt. Though, sometimes she likes to call him Kaide (=railing) since she can rely on him for support.

nicknames...hmm.. I have nicknames that I use in real life but never thought of them for the game.

I think Simone would refer to Garrus as hotshot and Leah might jokingly call Kaidan - boyscout once in a while, but other then that, I get that feeling that my femsheps prefer to use the real names, first name when feeling mellow, last name when playful or annoyed - basically like in game

It was 5 pints, actually.  And I'm Irish.     I can drink beer all night long.  I believe at that point I was on the edge of drunkness, so my typing was still fairly decent.

I genuinely hope to see whatever romances our Sheps have further develop in ME3.  I'd be pretty disappointed if they didn't.  Please let there be more focus on Shep and her relationships...k thx.

Mara's originally would make a comment about being revived, but after the 10th time she's taken to saying, "I'm actually a ghost. Boo motherf*cker." or "Heaven didn't want me, and hell was afraid I would take over. So here I am."

That's it though, everyone prefers different looks and styles, and for different reasons. Personally, I think Rhea looks great with the "classy" style, but that's my favourite anyway... "Sexy" is nice, too.

This.  None of my Sheps will truly believe the resurrection story until they get some kind of proof.  And they certainly aren't looking for proof, because the possibility of resurrection is pretty "DOES NOT COMPUTE".  I think a few of them believe it in their hearts, though... Tess does, which is why she went a bit crazy in one of her alternate ME2 files.  She's my only very religious Shepard, and in one version of her story she just can't reconcile her faith and her death, so she goes pretty Renegade.  (In the other version, she shrugs and accepts that she has a purpose she isn't meant to fully understand... I haven't decided which version is "canon" yet.)
